  • What Type of Filler Does SKIN MD Use?

    At SKIN MD, our fillers of choice are Juvederm and Restylane. Both provide our patients with lasting results and are FDA Approved. 


  • How Long Do the Results Last?

    Depending on the treated area(s), filler treatments can last between 6 months - 1 year, and in some cases can last up to 2 years. When you meet with SKIN MD, they will provide you with information once an assessment has been made. This will allow for a plan customized just for you!


  • How Long Is the Treatment, and Is There Any Downtime?

    Treatment time may vary from patient to patient. This depends on how many areas are being treated and if this is being done in conjunction with other aesthetic procedures. The treatment time is 30-60 minutes and there is little to no downtime associated with fillers. However certain activities should be avoided for 24-48 hours. Your practitioner will go over all the specific aftercare procedures during your treatment.

BOTOX

  • A neuromodulator that is designed to relax the muscles in areas of the face where fine lines typically occur.


  • Most treated areas for botox are: Frown Lines, Forehead Wrinkles, Bunny Lines (Bridge of Nose), Crows Feet, and other areas.

FILLER
